Personal Empowerment and Meditation Classes
I have found, over the years, that a great many people need the support of a weekly class with a group of like-minded individuals to remind them to be consistent in their self-discipline. So, I teach life-skills, personal and spiritual empowerment in conjunction with meditation techniques in six-week sessions.
The basic course covers the first six levels of human consciousness. This gives you the opportunity to examine the patterns of relating that were instilled in your subconscious mind during childhood. It covers such areas as your patterns of relating to your physical body and your relationships with others, healthy boundaries, and how to make healthy choices.
The second level includes such subjects as opening your intuition, healing old, unhealthy patterns of relating to your environment, walking in harmony with your integrity, and how to be a healthy spiritual seeker and share what you have learned with others without being judgmental.
Once a group is established, they can then choose to explore other aspects of personal growth.
